Summer Sports Performance

The summer is one of the best opportunities for young athletes to prepare for the rigors of the upcoming season. With limited obligations outside of training, young athletes can really focus on getting faster, stronger and building resilience with a well rounded strength and conditioning program.


Summer 2024 Program runs from Monday 7/1 - Thursday 8/22

If you are a middle school, high school, or college athlete, AMPerformance Training is the place to start for improved performance and injury prevention.

Every athlete group is led by a professional coach who pays special attention to every athlete, providing constant coaching and adjustments as needed for specific sport and injury considerations.

Our unique program includes instruction in movement training, injury reduction and rehabilitation, linear and lateral speed techniques, foot speed and agility, explosive power development, proper functional strength training, and energy system conditioning

We have two and four day training options to give you the most options.
