Unlike other facilities, athletes who train with us are coached from the moment they enter the facility to the moment they leave. The Anthony Mucurio Performance program is based on consistent and continual coaching. Every group is led by a coach through proper stretching and warm-up and then taken through the entire program by a group of coaches.
Our unique program includes instruction in movement training, injury reduction and rehabilitation, linear and lateral speed techniques, foot speed and agility, explosive power development, proper functional strength training and energy system conditioning.
Our 4x/week program is one of the top standards of strength and conditioning. It is reserved for the advanced high school athletes. With the needs of higher-level athletes in mind, the program uses advanced strength and conditioning techniques as well as more intense conditioning regimens to ensure all athletes are ready for their next competitive season.
